The Phantom's Calling goes like this. At least 3 members surround the recruit or pup. The group howls and one by one they go up to the recruit, carving the letters PC in to it. The recruit is NOT allowed to fight back. If they do, they will be demoted to omega for a little while, then MAY get to have their calling take place.
